Ariel the Little Mermaid 3?

does anybody know for sure when ariel the little mermaid 3 is coming out? ive searched the internet but everything said something different. and im looking forward to seeing it even though it does look a little.. no too good. but i love ariel whether its good or bad. So plz answer! thanks to all who do
