Do you think subliminal messages or hypnotisism really works?

Not for everyone... but it does have a strong affect on some folks. And for some it definitely works. But if it was me I would not open my mind to anyone with that kind of power. This is how cults brainwash. People can plant triggers in your mind that lay sleeping for years until the moment of its calling. Then you are under the control of something else. A similar affect is accomplished through extreme horror or pain caused by torture. The mind can only take so much until it creates an alter ego through which it can escape reality. Hypnotism can be so closely related to schizophrenia that it ought to scare you enough to heavily consider alternative methods of overcoming you weaknesses and fears.
