How do I deal with an undermining wife when it comes to our children?

If your wife is not going to value your feelings and your efforts, turn the disciplinary responsibilities over to her for awhile. Let her walk in your shoes, and perhaps then she will better understand what her actions are doing to your home life. Good luck!
