Looking for diet of someone losing weight steadily.

Basically you should be able to drop extra lbs. pretty easily due to your age. Just change a few things if you drink soda everyday try and only drink it once a week. Drink water,water and more water. A cup of green tea b4 bed is a good trick too. Eat smaller portions, but eat 5 times a day instead of 3 times. Below is a link to a great program. Good Luck
