What does this poem mean? plz help!?

It seems to me that this is a comparison between the fields of science and nature. The narrator is sonfused by all the scientific facts about the stars, and leaves the observatory to go out into the night air just to look at them and appreciate their beauty, not the science of them. Imagery in in the line "In the mystical moist night-air"; one can envision the moist, night air as calm and peaceful. This is good imagery because it is so descrptive and makes one feel as though they have been in this situation before, bringing the poem closer to them. Mystical is also a word for mysterious, showing how the author feel that some things are better left not understood or studied.
