Is my writing good? not counting spelling, just the story; 1-10?

Congratulations, this is seriously the only piece of writing on this website so far that hasn't been completely terrible. There are some things that you need to watch out for, really the only thing I noticed was that the protagonist took one hit of marijuana and two seconds later she was hungry, it takes about... Never mind that has nothing to do with writing. I've also noticed that literally the only thing a teenage girl will write about and actually call themselves good writers are when they are about emo kids, or emo vampire hunter kids. Of course, to my immense disappointment, this was no exception.
