Immersion boiler on Economy 7 heating system?

There are two plugs going to my Eco 7 immersion boiler tank. Im not sure which switch is for the E7 element and which is for the 'boost' element. One wire goes to the element in the centre of the tank and the other goes to the element at the bottom of the tank. Any help would be appreciated.
