Could Al-Quida try to take advantage of having a US President who has influence in Africa?

i dont know about africa but they are just waiting for us to leave iraq so they can start there with that nations oil money they would love to control it and cant wait for obama to start his recall of troops im sure the mighty iraq army and police force can handle it after were gone right.
