Cramping is it normal?

I am now entering 5 weeks pregnant tomorrow although I only got my bfp today and I am having slight occasional cramps on the sides of my tummy and sometimes at the bottom and the botttom is a little bit hard. Is all this normal? And I have a headache that has been there for 4 days already it never goes away just dims a bit and then increases.
