Help me with just 5 simple history questions please??

21. Richard Nixon was the only president to resign from office. He had been involved in the Watergate Scandal which was when people from his group broke into a Democratic Party building. Nixon covered up the scandal and lied to the courts that he had nothing to do with the break in. He had taped conversations from the Oval Office that proved he had a hand in the break in. However, when the courts ordered him to hand over the tapes he destroyed parts of the recorded conversations. He was going to be charged with obstruction of justice, abuse of power and perjury. He resigned before the Supreme Court could continue with the impeachment process.
