Is it true can a Psychology help me?????pleas answer i really want an answer?

ok i am 18 years old female im not confidence in my self and i have a very low self esteem and i have depression so i decide to go to the Psychology but im afraid cuz they told me for the first time the fee is 50kd{100$ and something here the 60kd is 200$ it is Kuwait dinar} and the second time is {75 kd} i don't have the money right now but maybe i will get it later and if i go and pay this do u really think they will help me do you really think after that i will be happy and have confidence in ma self and have high self esteem pleas tell me?
