What could be causing an almost stalling situation with my car?

I have a 1993 3.0L V6 plymouth voyager. When I come to a full stop or almost full stop and I want to press on the gas to move on forward, the car seems to want to stall. I am fine accelerating, whether in city roads or at 65 on the highway. Again this almost stalling occurs at full stop or very low speeds. The car has 130k miles and always used the cheaper gas but last 2 fill ups has been with the premium grade.
