Can't think of the name for this movie!!?

Its driveing me crazy lol i just can't think of the name or who is in it. bt its about his girl who did somethin bad and a kid at her school saw and she gets in trouble so she go to beat up the kid. but he lies and says its his friend. and the kid is walkin home from a party and she beats him in the woods and they hide his body but he isn't dead yet and his spirit is still there and he has to get the girl who killed him to help him get back to his body. idk if that was any help but i just can't think of the name :(
