Is there anyone(a US citizen) that would be willing to become President ?

To become President of the USA under the condition that they will not use any of Medicare or tax middle and lower incomes to correct the deficit. Take half the money we are giving to Saudi, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq,Yemen, and Kuwait take it back and use it to pay China.
