Spider bite turned into ringworm i think.. Help!?

A little over a week ago i got a spider bite. And now over time i think it has turned into ringworm. I have had ring worm about 2yrs ago but it never itched and i had it on my stumic about two inches to the left of my belly on. Now the ring worm ( i think its ringworm ) is located on my left arm about a inch up from my elbow.
